By accessing, browsing, or using the Atelier Sentio platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Replicant AD, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
To use the platform the following are required:
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We provide the following services:
Atelier Sentio provides an online educational platform offering live video workshops, interactive exercises, quizzes, certifications, and supplementary learning materials across a variety of disciplines (collectively, "Content"). Services include but are not limited to:
• On-demand video courses and live virtual sessions
• Downloadable study materials, worksheets, and e-books
• Discussion forums and peer collaboration tools
• Progress tracking, assessments, and certificates of completion
• Instructor-led programs and cohort-based learning
Some Content is available free of charge; other Content requires purchase or an active subscription. Upon enrollment in a paid course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that Content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
While we strive to ensure Content is accurate and up to date, the Platform does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any Content. Educational content should not be construed as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Our payment terms are as follows:
Subscription fees and course prices are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are charged in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee.
Individual course purchases are non-refundable once your account is established and you have accessed the course content. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to support@ateliersentio.com.
We may offer free trials for subscription plans. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled prior to the trial end date.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Downloading, reproducing, or distributing Platform Content without authorization
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Posting or transmitting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or offensive content
• Impersonating any person or entity, including instructors or staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any Platform software
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without our express written consent
• Submitting others' work as your own (academic dishonesty)
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Ownership of content are as follows:
All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, and software — is the property of Atelier Sentio, Replicant AD or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., forum posts, reviews, assignments), you grant Atelier Sentio and Replicant AD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform's operation.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by Atelier Sentio and Replicant AD without obligation of compensation or attribution.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that infringes your copyright, please notify our designated DMCA agent at inquiry@ateliersentio.com with the information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://ateliersentio.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Atelier Sentio and Replicant AD has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Our limited liability states:
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Atelier Sentio and Replicant ADare headquartered in the United States. If you are accessing our platform from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers are located and operate.
For transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, integrations with external tools (such as Zoom for live sessions or GitHub for coding courses), and embedded content. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.
